Shinan Oracle
A bilingual deck born from years spent with Shipibo teachers and mothers in the Peruvian Amazon. At its heart: Kené (Kuh-nuh) — luminous geometric designs that hold the spirits of healing plants, glimpsed by shamans in visionary states and translated by voice into icaros, the sacred sung medicine of the tradition. Each card is a doorway into that living language of pattern, plant, and song.

Worlds Within
Sixteen years of hand-painted artworks (2010–2026), born during deep Shipibo dietas in the Peruvian Amazon and from Kent's visionary journeys through Colombia, Mexico, California, and beyond. The deck's name points to where its doors open: the worlds within — the visionary realms that come into view through the inner aperture of the third eye. Each card is a small key to one of them. Built to open that door for anyone walking a path of spiritual growth, creative awakening, or inner exploration — no prior plant-medicine experience required. A guidebook, also by Kent, carries the meanings; the cards themselves carry a tidal wave of vivid artistic inspiration.

Where to Find the Decks
The most personal way to get a deck or a book is to reach out to Kent directly: Keyhole Mystic Publishing ships copies to readers around the world, and is happy to make arrangements country by country. Kent's two books — El Estimado and Shinan: Cosmology of the Shipibo Tribe — are also on Amazon in English and Spanish, which is usually quicker inside the U.S. The oracle decks travel only from the studio, by personal arrangement.

The deep well the Shinan Oracle was drawn from. Over four years of research and conversations with Shipibo elders in Peru's Ucayali region, Kent gathered the living cosmology of the tribe — the symbology of Kené designs, the master plants and spirit animals, the ceremonial tools, and the chanted icaros that carry it all. Equal parts anthropology and mystery, it's a doorway into the tradition behind the cards. Proceeds have helped bring clean water to a Shipibo community near Pucallpa.
